To return an item please fill out this form completely to obtain your return authorization number. Your health and satisfaction are our top priority.

Every product* is backed by our simple, liberal return policy:

Vitamins and Supplements
Within 60 days of receiving your order, we’ll refund the total cost of the product(s) purchased. Items received beyond the eligibility date will be discarded and credit will not be issued. Returns may be refused on an individual basis due to repeat patterns indicative of abuse.

Please note:

Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in their original factory-sealed container for refund.
Current safety regulations indicate that suppositories cannot be returned and are therefore non-refundable.

To process your return easily, please take the following steps:

Please use this form or call toll free at 888-432-5824 for a return authorization number during normal business hours of 9 to 5 EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
We will email you with an approval and directions on processing your return, including the address to send your package to. Due to our direct shipping system, your address for the return may be different then the packing slip, and may be different depending on the item(s) returning. In the return approval email you will receive from us, you will be provided with all the details to make this an easy return, and the correct address to send the package to.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

In the event of returning free shipping item(s), there is a shipping deduction of $4.95 from your total refund to cover our cost of the initial shipment.

Any DR Reward Points that were earned with the returned purchase will be deducted off your reward point balance.

All merchandise should be insured properly by the customer. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot guarantee refunds.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products under the above circumstances.
