Description

Magnesium hydroxide is a form of magnesium which is often used as support for:

• Regular bowel movements
• GI activity
• A healthy gut flora
• Gentle osmotic action

May be particularly useful for those taking bentonite clay and charcoal binders which are naturally constipating.
