Understanding Neurotransmitters

When it comes to a healthy and fully-functioning brain, it’s all about neurotransmitters. However, the term “neurotransmitter” can be rather deceptive. While neurotransmitters might sound like an intangible feature of our very deepest neurochemistry, the reality is that millions of people around the world eat neurotransmitters every day. PharmaGABA – Perhaps the most prominent example of a neurotransmitter which is contained in many popular food items, gamma-Aminobutyric acid (GABA) is most commonly found in fermented foods like kimchi and yogurt. PharmaGABA is a patented form of GABA which has been expertly produced from lactobacillus hilgardii fermentation – the same bacterial strain which is used in kimchi production.
