DRVitaminSolutions.com processes orders daily, and will ship the same or next business day, Monday through Friday, in most circumstances. We will ship all Free Shipping orders by either USPS First Class Mail, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. We offer free economy shipping for all domestic shipments. DR Vitamins may choose an alternate shipping method of equal or faster delivery times in order to improve the shipping process and tracking capabilities for the customer. This includes USPS and UPS standard and expedited shipping options.

Please note: all PO Boxes must be sent via USPS. If you need faster delivery you can choose to have your order shipped with expedited delivery (purchases from multiple vendors may not all qualify for expedited shipping). A signature may be required upon delivery for larger orders and is determined at our discretion based upon the delivery location and package contents. Please, check your e-mail for your shipping confirmation information which will provide to you the tracking number and whether a signature will be required at the time of delivery.

We make every attempt to ship orders that are received by 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time the same day, but we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances. This also includes expedited shipping options. Orders received over the weekend or national holidays may not process for shipment until the next business day. UPS weekend delivery options are not available. Because of this, overnight orders placed on Fridays will not be received until Monday. USPS may deliver your package on a Saturday. No methods deliver on national holidays.

We purchase delivery confirmation and tracking for all orders. If you do not have your package when the tracking delivery confirmation states that it was delivered, we have no control for your package after delivery. Please contact the carrier (UPS or USPS) to locate your package after a delivery confirmation shows delivery. It often is at the carrier’s facility at the carrier’s discretion, not that of DR Vitamin Solutions.

Orders outside the Domestic US are shipped based on USPS real-time costs depending on the weight of the package, delivery method and final destination. Please see our International Shipping and Ordering Information page for additional information.

If under$49, we charge a flat rate of $4.95. DR Vitamins may choose an alternate shipping method of equal or faster delivery times in order to improve the shipping process and tracking capabilities for the customer. This includes USPS, FedEx, and UPS standard and expedited shipping options.

As a partner with Life Extension and other manufacturers, shipping occurs direct from the manufacturer’s facility. Therefore, DR Vitamin Solutions will have the same backorder status as Life Extension and other manufacturers in a few limited situations. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you via e-mail of this delay and then automatically ship the products to you as soon as they are available. Since all items ship direct from the manufacturer’s facility, your credit card will be charged at the time of your order to place your item(s) in the queue to be shipped as soon as available. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you prefer to cancel the backorder and request a refund, please notify us by email or phone @ 888-432-5824. Our phone lines are open from 9:00 to 5:00 PM EST, Mon thru Fri, excluding federal holidays.

All orders shipped UPS have a tracking number for status and location tracking. Since all items ship direct from the manufacturer’s facility, tracking information will only be provided if requested. Tracking information is not automatically sent in an email or listed under your account order details. Please email us to obtain tracking information.

All international shipments will be charged based on the weight and destination of their order. Payment is in US currency only. Our free shipping does not apply to international orders, sorry. We ask that you please be aware of local custom and importation laws. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. If an international package is returned to DRVitaminSolutions.com, either marked RTS by receiver or returned by customs, there will be a 35% restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs or any quarantine fees or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. If an item is returned to us due to a customs related issue, you will only be credited, less the restocking fee, for merchandise when the package is returned to us in the same condition it was sent.

Shipping Cold Products

Most manufacturers do not ship their products on ice. We offer the service for those that live in hot climates or are concerned about the heat during shipment. Our ice packs and shipping supplies will keep your items cooler, longer, but the ice will eventually thaw. This is normal and cannot be prevented. It will not affect the quality of your item. If there is concern about the ice pack thawing, we recommend choosing expedited shipping in addition to the ice pack to minimize time in transit.
