Q: What is an AutoShip schedule?
A: AutoShip schedule is the order delivery frequency you choose. We offer 30, 45, 60, 75, 90 & 120 day options.
Q: What if items on my AutoShip orders are backordered?
A: You will be notified via email as to which items were backordered. They will be shipped separately when they become available at no additional shipping charge.
Q: How do I return an AutoShip item?
A: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item within 60 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. Simply follow the return instructions here. You may also contact Customer Service at 1-800- 848-2808. Returning won't cancel your AutoShip order; you'll continue to receive future shipments according to your AutoShip schedule. Q: How do I earn Double Reward Points?
A: We will automatically add Double DR Reward Points to your account for each order that is an AutoShip. Our normal Reward Point percentage is 5%. With all AutoShip orders you will automatically earn 10% to redeem on your very next order, or save if you prefer to accumulate large amounts!
