Ingredients: oriental green tea leaf powder.
Each rounded teaspoon contains approximately 2 grams coarsely ground green tea leaves.
This product contains NO milk, egg, fish, peanuts, crustacean shellfish, soybeans, tree nuts, wheat, yeast, gluten, corn, or rice. Contains NO sugar, and no artificial sweeteners, flavors, colors, or preservatives.

Dosage and Use

Use one teaspoon per cup. Bring water to boil. Let cool. Gently pour water over tea leaves and steep for 30 seconds to two minutes.
Using boiling water or steeping too long can make tea bitter.

Keep out of reach of children.
Do not exceed recommended dose.
Do not purchase if outer seal is broken or damaged.
