Your products will still ship direct from Life Extension in their packaging, and have the longest expiration date possible.

Why should I purchase from DR Vitamin Solutions instead of directly from Life Extension?

We offer lower prices for a Non-Life Extension Members purchasing just 1 item that are compared to Life Extension Member prices (requiring a yearly membership donation) and buying in quantity (requiring you to purchase 4 or more of the same product for the lowest price).

How do I place an order?

You may place your order directly over our secure site, or call us at 610-703-3185. To place your order on the web (preferred method because this keeps your order history), please take the following steps:

Search out the product(s). The easiest way is with the item number. Remember DR Vitamin Solution’s number is the same as Life Extension’s, except we add “DR” in from of the Life Extension number.
For a detailed description of the product, click on the “Title” or “Image”, or simply click on “Add to Cart”. (You can add to cart from the detailed page of the search result page).
From the “Shopping Cart”, click “Checkout”.
Log in or create a new account.
Review your order, then click on “Place Order”. A confirmation page will show next, and an Order Confirmation email will be sent to the customer automatically. Some people forget this last step, and never click "Place Order". If this is the case, we will never know an order was placed.
Click “Review or Print Your Order”. This will allow you to print your receipt. Please note the “Order Number” that appears on top.
If the order is place before 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, the item(s) will ship the same day. If after 3:00 pm, the item(s) will ship the next business day. You can click on the “Shipping Image” from the home page to view a UPS map to give the customer the estimated number of days for them to receive their package. It is color coded by state.

How to Search For Products:

If you know the Life Extension product number, ours is the same only we add a “DR” in front of the number (ex. 00903 becomes DR00903). Our search uses exact spellings, including hyphens. Sometimes entering less is better because it will show a larger search result. To quickly see all the Life Extension products listed alphabetically, please do the following: In the top green bar (or from the Category menu on the left), click on “All Products”. Where you see the page numbers on top, you can click on “View All” to see over 400 products listed alphabetically on one page. Lastly, using the categories on the left can sort products out based on health topic to support, such as “Bone & Joint”. Remember to click “View All” if you want to see everything on one page, or navigate by page number.

Is it safe to use my credit cards online?

How are backorders handled?

If an item is on backorder, we will ship your available items immediately without delay, and email you with an estimated shipping date for your backorders item(s) only. Your backordered item(s) will arrive in a separate package, at no additional shipping cost to you. As a partner with Life Extension, shipping occurs direct from the Life Extension facility. Therefore, DR Vitamin Solutions will have the same backorder status as Life Extension in a few limited situations. Since all items ship direct from the Life Extension facility, your credit card will be chargedat the time of your order to place your item(s) in the queue to be shipped as soon as available. I did not receive my package.

DR Vitamin Solutions uses UPS for shipping (except to PO boxes), and is able to research the tracking number and provide an exact history of the route of your package, and a scheduled delivery date. What is your return policy? How do I make a return?

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchases. Every product we offer is backed by our simple, liberal return policy: if you are unsatisfied in any way, you may return the unused portion of any product for a refund, less applicable shipping costs within 10 months of the purchase date and we will replace the product or credit your account. What is your shipping policy?

We typically ship UPS unless going to a PO Box, in that case we ship US Priority Mail. All orders over $75.00 ship free. Orders under $75.00 have a flat shipping charge of $4.95. We offer expedited shipping options from UPS such as next day, 2^nd day, and 3^rd day. The cost for those shipping services are calculated by product weight and shipping address. What countries do you ship to?

We are currently set up to ship to the USA , the United Kingdom , Canada , and Indonesia . We typically ship UPS Worldwide Express, and the cost is calculated by package weight and shipping address. If your shipping cost does not automatically calculate at checkout, you will be contacted with the actual shipping charge by email. Certain addresses may require this extra shipping cost research.
