As a health enthusiast myself, I want to know my body is constantly promoting toxin removal. When I began viewing food as a medicinal source in 2011, I understood that my healthy lifestyle is the best long term health care plan.
When detox pathways are clear, Chelation therapy is naturally promoted in the human body. I have included simple and inexpensive foods you can use for boosting the immune system.
Supplying the body with vitamins and minerals is a natural solution to promote year round detox. I researched these 6 Foods to give you an idea of foods that promote year round detox if you incorporate them into your daily diet. To be helpful, I included a section to give you an idea of how you can simply add these foods to your day.
